Price and delivery

The price shown for our products on the website when placing your order is the price that you, the customer, will pay and includes VAT, postage and packing. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice. All prices are shown in UK pounds sterling. If it subsequently transpires that VAT is not due on your transaction, we reserve the right to retain the VAT.

The delivery period stated within which you will receive your order is approximate. Goods will be sent to the delivery address provided by you when placing your order.

Our products are delivered throughout the UK by courier. Unfortunately, we are unable to deliver to PO Box numbers or to Armed Forces stationed overseas (BFPO). Should we be given incorrect or inadequate address details we cannot accept any liability for late or failed delivery of the order.

Here at The Saga Garden Centre we are committed to providing you with a superior customer service and are confident that the utmost care and attention to detail has been taken in the processing, packing and delivery of your order to ensure that you receive it in perfect condition. However should you not be entirely satisfied or should the goods you receive be damaged or defective please notify us within 14 days of receipt and we will provide you with a replacement or refund.

Your statutory rights are not affected.

If you wish to add specific delivery instructions to your order, please contact our customer service team on 01534 888771 within 24 hrs of placing your order and we will do our best to accomodate your request or use the contact us form.

Home Delivery Terms and Conditions & Delivery Criteria

  • UK mainland only.
  • Estimated Delivery on receipt of our Order to Customer. Usually 7-10 days depending on seasonal availability.
  • Specific delivery dates. Usually Monday-Friday. Excludes bank holidays and weekends.
  • Carrier: Yodel

Late deliveries and other problems

We do of course make every effort to ensure that your order will arrive within the delivery times indicated on the website. Unfortunately, on rare occasions this may not always be possible. Should your order be delayed or fail to arrive within the published timescale, please contact us immediately and we will do our best to resolve any problems. (Please note that our liability does not extend to providing compensation for late or failed deliveries.) We make every effort to deliver goods within the estimated timescales, however delays are occasionally inevitable due to unforeseen factors and all goods and products are subject to availability.We make every reasonable effort to ensure that your order meets - and hopefully exceeds - your expectations. Of course, in rare cases things can sometimes go wrong and we will always do everything we can to rectify any problems in a satisfactory manner. However please note that we cannot be held responsible for any resulting additional expense you may incur without prior agreement.

We reserve the right to modify the terms and conditions without notice and so you should view them each time you visit our website. Your use of this website signifies your agreement to these terms and conditions. They constitute a contract between you and us governing your use of this website. If you are a consumer your statutory rights are not affected by this agreement.

The Saga Garden Centre shall be under no liability for any delay or failure to deliver the products within estimated timescales. If you are purchasing to replace some of your existing goods, we also recommend that you do not dispose of your existing goods until your new goods have arrived and been checked for damage.


Where delivery is attempted and there is no response, our carrier will make a number of attempts to re-deliver the goods. If they are unable to deliver the goods to you, they will be returned to us, with the additional costs incurred being charged to you. Should you ask for the goods to be re-delivered you will be required to pay an additional delivery charge.


All products are subject to changes in packaging to ensure the best and safest delivery, if we think that your goods will be better suited in a differently branded box / container we will use this as an alternative packaging solution.
